PR Blueprints for Success

If there's one thing all of us here in Birmingham can relate
to, it's construction. It seems like there's always roadwork
to be done, shopping and residential centers to be built, and
maybe even a new dome for downtown. For residents of the
Magic City, construction is a way of life.
The same could be said about our careers. What steps
are you taking to build your PR skills? For starters, you've
chosen to be a member of this professional organization, and
that's a great first step. As for the Birmingham board,
we're making sure that you get the most of your membership.
The state organization, as well as several PRCA
chapters, has adopted "PR Blueprints for Success"
as a theme for this year. We will work hard to provide
quality programs and projects to help you build your PR skills.
If you have ideas as we develop our blueprint for the months
ahead, please feel free to share your suggestions with a member of
the local board.
